    I saw this post in the news feed but didn't open it, and it STILL managed to inspire me to begin burning at least 3500 calories per week.

    I started last night.

    Weekly Goal: 3500

    Mon: 530 (30 min of C25K and 15 min of Elliptical)
    Tues: 518 (30 min of C25K and 15 min of elliptical))

    You can only edit your old post with in a certain time frame. I don't know what that is but I think is only like 10 minutes.
