    Yeah, the double spin class is a killer. Two different ride profiles so that helped a little but I have a little bit of jelly legs today-couldn't ramp up the resistance on the elliptical like I wanted!

  • 17" of snow in Philly, yes I could have gone to the gym after I shoveled out my car, but my trainer canceled on me - what a great excuse to skip LOL and instead of working out at home, I took a nap because I'm working all night tonight (I'm a night shift nurse)
