    Don't know if I'll make my goal. Not feeling wonderful today, party last night was TOO much fun so just getting through the spin class was about all I could do! Tomorrow, we have stuff all day so I'll get a lot of walking in, but that's not too many calories and Sunday is usually my rest day.

    YAYYYYY! I hit my goal for the week today!! That's not to say I won't workout this weekend - Oh no, not to worry.... Wonder if I could hit 5,000..... hmmm.......

    I started walking 8 miles with my aunt ,3 days a week, so my cals burned has increased. So, Im changing my weekly goal from 3500 to 6000
