    Goals this week: Work out every day. 30 minutes a day or more.

    I've been amping up my cardio, and it shows!

    Goal 1: more water ... again ... :grumble: I have been so busy at work that I forget to drink anything sometimes for a few hours at a time. I'm seriously considering adding water breaks with reminders that pop up in my face on my Outlook!

    Goal 2: Finish planning Bodyrock workout routines.

    I forgot to post yesterday, but I'm down to 199 (-1)
    I'm sooooo relieved to be back in the 100's! It's a total of 4 pounds since week on! :::happy dance:::

    goals:
    track calories even when i'm not having a great day
    prep healthy foods and snacks so I have them right on hand

    I'm frustrated :( I'm up to 149.0lbs. This is the week I usually bloat because of TOM, but a gain of 4.2lbs?! I worked out and even though I had some junk I was under everyday but one (and by under...that's under cals to lose 1.4lbs per week..not maintenance). OMG. Ugh. :( I don't ever like gaining weight, but this one is especially aggravating!
