Just kinda treading water this month so far....I'm not behind, but I don't have any cushion either. Got a good 3-miler in today though.
I suppose if I added in the miles that I skied the last two weekends, I'd be way ahead. Yes, I tracked it with GPS & the RunKeeper app on my phone. I'd just need to subtract for the time spent in the chairlifts.
You're way ahead of me on the skiing, darkrider. Gotta admit, I'm a little jealous.0 -

I had a physical day!!! This morning I did TF's HIIT 20 (I liked it so well I made it into a 30! ) then I did TF's TONE 30. After cleaning my son's room and doing laudry, I chopped ice from the back patio. It was such of a beautiful day (mid 40's & NO wind) that I took my furry kids for a 2.75 mile run/walk!!0

Injured my knee. No workouts for the past three days. Today will be my first day back. Have a great workout0

I achieved my walking/jogging goal: 30 miles. I have, thus far, 32 miles. ANd my other part of my challenge (using workout dvds) I am half way done wiht that too.

I got in 5 miles today! It was a beautiful day (40* & light wind) so the 4 furry kids and I ran 4.75 and walked .25 miles. My shoes are muddy and my back is sore but I feel good!!!0 -
vhuber..Thank you. I worked out today a bit but I gained 8 pounds with water and poor eattingsince I've been down. I worked out 2.72 miles today. Knee is hurting bad. Going to ice it and get in the bed.

I just got to figuring and I miscalculated my mileage it should be 5.25 miles! 5 miles running and .25 miles walking!!0 -
5 more for me today - (3 C25K and 2 beach walk) ........may do the shorter run/walks tomorrow but then Thursday is my first big run - 20 minutes.......YIKES! But failure is not an option!0
