    Hiya everyone im a new gal :) Im so excited to start this :)

    WEEK 3 CHALLENGE (February 15 - February 21)

    1. Try something new, or something you haven't tried in a while, at the gym or wherever you exercise this week, three times. 0/3
    2. Cut out one food that you consider not healthy, seven days. 0/7

    1. im going to do the recumbant bike , being i hate the bike ..lol
    2. Ranch dressing ....*tear*

    I'm glad you're excited! I know I'm glad when we get new members. I haven't been on a bike in so long, probably because I don't have one to ride. As for the Ranch dressing, I know what you mean. I used to eat it with my veggies. Good luck this week!

    My yogurt has fruit and I tried to eat dried cranberries but they hurt my teeth :( I did drink an orange smoothie lol

    i am tryin real hard to do the fruit/veggie thing but I still can't eat anything solid..it's so hard :(
