Welcome back everyone. Well it's Valentines day this week so everyone get out there and exercise for the ones they love.
For anyone new to this challenge it is a weekly challenge to burn at least 3500 calories a week. You set your own goal and report daily to keep track or for encourangement or to encourage others.

Here is the daily update format.

Weekly Goal:
Mon: calories burned (how they were burned)
Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)

    I like challenges, so I'm in!
    I am about 13 hrs ahead of the US, so I'll be reporting a bit early.

    For this challenge, is the goal 3500, 4500 or self-determined?
  • Definitely in for 3500. I was slightly off last week but I'm am definitely gonna smash my goal this week!! xx

    For this challenge, is the goal 3500, 4500 or self-determined?

    Self-determined should be a minimum of 3500 if possible

    Here I go again for my 4th week joining this challenge!

    Just finished 30 Day Shred last week and had great results. I am changing it up this week.

    I :heart: this challenge. Gonna stay at this goal for a while.

    Mon: 1383 - Ran 6.5 miles @ 6.3 mph, walked 2.2 miles cooldown

    Ok here I go again. This is my second week doing this challenge and I love it! Last week I lost 3 pounds and I know it was because I was pushing to make my goal! I went up a little more this week because last week I went way over my 3500. Let's see how this week goes.

    I'm in again! This challenge motivated me last week and I kicked my goal's butt! So, this week I'm going to bump it up to 4,200 from 3,500.
