Well, I have to thank this challenge for the double spin class. I had a ton of errands to do and 3/4 through the first class I started thinking "well, that's enough calories to eat well today-I should get going" and then I remembered my goal for the week and knew that if I left and didn't do the second class I wouldn't have a hope of hitting it. So I stayed! I still have a ton of errands to do, but I'm proud of myself for working so hard this morning!0
