    Ok here I go again. This is my second week doing this challenge and I love it! Last week I lost 3 pounds and I know it was because I was pushing to make my goal! I went up a little more this week because last week I went way over my 3500. Let's see how this week goes.

    You can only edit your post for a short time after you did it so you will either need to copy and paste or use quote to update your previous entry.

    Today's workout wasn't my ideal, but I am happy with my progress.

    Weekly Goal: 3,500

    Mon: 755 (30 minutes Stairs, 10 minutes Walking, 15 Dancing, 10 Lifting weights )
    Tues: 912 (35 minutes Stairs, 10 minutes Walking, 29 minutes Dancing)
    Wed: 458 (20 minutes Stairs, 20 minutes walking with a 15lb weight)

    With 4 days left, in order to meet my goal, I need to strive for burning at least 344 a day for the next 4 days.

    Well, I have to thank this challenge for the double spin class. I had a ton of errands to do and 3/4 through the first class I started thinking "well, that's enough calories to eat well today-I should get going" and then I remembered my goal for the week and knew that if I left and didn't do the second class I wouldn't have a hope of hitting it. So I stayed! I still have a ton of errands to do, but I'm proud of myself for working so hard this morning!
