Looking forward to results! Thanks for everyone's post about their experience with the shred, really helped motivate me to do something!!

I just ordered my DVD yesterday. Late is better than never! I hope to begin by this Sunday. Really excited and looking forward to shedding this weight. Nothing else is really working for me, getting frustrated. Need a jump start to keep me motivated. I hope this works.....good luck;)

I log it as circuit training. It's not just any aerobics exercise because you are incorporating weight training.

I am hoping to have the energy to do L1D5 today. I usually exercise in the morning, but my morning have been very busy. My 3 year old daughter (my exercise buddy) is usually begging for a workout session, so I promised her we'll do it later.

I continue to do other physical activities during my lunch break, and I usually crash when I get home. Hoping today is different.

I log as general circuit training too, but only 20 mins as don't count the warm up or cool down!

Day 7 completed. Feel really proud of myself once I've finished the workout, today was by far the best day yet!

Kinda disappointing though as last week and my first week only 1lb loss plus no difference on inches either! I feel much fitter in myself but so far has done nothing for my shape? :(

I started level 2 on my 10th day, level 1 was starting to get easy and was getting bored with it. I'm on day 11 today. Level 2 is tough! Lots of twisting and turning. Not easy..hoping it will in time.

Completed L1D5 on Tuesday, and L1D6 today, and I am really feeling stronger now. I am lasting longer with my push-ups.

I am starting to get bored too, and I can't wait to move to L2. I am trying to hang on, though, because I want to make sure I have developed enough strength to move to the next level.

D1D9...Finally got there. Took 2 unplanned days off :grumble: not happy!! I'm back on the wagon now

I've had two people ask me if I've lost weight in the past 2 days, Love it. Really give you the motivation to keep going when other people notice the difference.

Took a day off yesterday.... If I do it once in the morning and once at night.... would that get me back on track ??? LOL
Great Work everyone.... hope everyone is seeing a shift in how they look/feel/clothes fit... I can say my work pants legs are getting looser... which is a good thing

I started it March 8th and have loved it. I was sore the first couple of days but it was worth it.

Feel free to send a friend request

And i didnt have to stop once! Not even during the twisting plank jacks.......unless u consider losing my balance & falling over - twice- stopping?
