    Me and Jillian have become best friends this week. Which ones are you doing?

    30 day shred I suppose just the basic one, no kettleballs or anything lol I alternate between lvl 1, 2 & 3, depending on my energy level that day lmao I cuss her, but boy do I lover her. lol Love hurts, I suppose.

    How about you?

    I bought all the JM dvds (there was a sale and I went crazy lol) I have been doing 30 DS and Burning Fat Boosting Metabolism - haven't tried the others

    30 Day Shred is a great workout & I :heart: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism.

    I know it is suppose to be tomorrow but in case I forget to weigh in because I am working I am checking in now. I lost 9.5 lbs this week. 164.5lbs today!!!

    I love this challenge it has really pushed me ! Thanks everyone!!!

    Edit* my hubby said he'll remind me tomorrow morning, so I will post it tomorrow.

    Yep, I probably wont get a chance to get on tomorrow so my weight loss for this week is 4 lbs. I am 236 as of 20 minutes ago :) And, that's on top of the fact that a little monthly friend decided to visit me yesterday, so, water retention and all, I'd say I've done pretty well this week lol

    Like I said I don't like to lose so this challenge has duel meaning. One is to get my body back to where I want it to be and two is to kick my hubby's *kitten*. I will have to weigh in tomorrow though because as of now I am only .5 lbs ahead of him and he has reminded me so I have pushed myself big time........

    He is going down!!!!!!

    Weighed in this morning at 250 lbs. That's 6 pounds lost for the week.

    Yesterday I weighed in at 165.8. But I've been having a. Lot of tummy problems recently, so I don't know what my real weight Is, lol.

    Hey, you're going the right direction!!! You could try stepping the exercise up a notch this week and see if that helps, if you want to boost your loss number! :):flowerforyou:

    Weekends are terrible for me! It's so much easier when I'm at work. I think I could have done much better this past week, but I'm still really happy to say I lost a total of 4 lbs. I weighed in this morning at 276. woo hoo!!!

    Oops...forgot to say yay for everyone else! Keep up the great work!!! :-)

    For my weigh-in this morning, it was 280.8 making my loss this week 4.2lbs!!!!! I'm ecstatic! I haven't seen 280 in over a year & a half!!!! Woohoo!

    Congrats to EVERYONE on your losses, NO MATTER THE NUMBER!!!! Like @Stoooo said, it's still a step in the right direction! That's all any of us really want, isn't it? :flowerforyou:

    Keep up the great work this week and have a great, healthy day today! My gym bag is packed so I can go on my way home from work today! :happy:

    177.4, I lost 1.8 lbs this week.

    I knew I was joining a Challenge but you guys are AMAZING!!!!

    I wish I could lose 5-10lbs a week.
