I've decided that my next workout is going to be JM's Ripped in 30. I did L1D1 today and boy is she a meanie in this DVD! It's the same style workout (3-2-1), but all the circuits are different. It's going to be tough, but if it wasn't I guess I'd have done it already

Oh! I forgot to post my results...
Weight: -1 lb
Waist: -.5 inches
Hips: -.5 inches
Everything else measurement-wise stayed the same I feel GREAT tho. My arms and legs feel much stronger. For the first time I actually feel like I have abs...please note I said feel because you can't see them yet :ohwell: Gotta start somewhere right??? Of all things..haha..my mom mentioned that my forearms looked more muscular today...:laugh: :laugh:

I have no choice but to kick my butt back in gear. My asthma started back up this weekend and the only way to get it back in control is exercise(besides my inhalers). I had to use my inhaler on Saturday for the first time in months. Asthma is my motivation!0 -

I had such a rough night lastnight and I did not have the energy to do it this morning. Super happy for my 2nd wind!
Was planning on having the entire weekend off from 30DS but I want to start next week on L3 so will do the last day of L2 tomorrow!!0 -
