Amanda - right now, I'm being supremely lazy....In the past, I've done 1 day of 30 day shred....LOL and I've watched DH do P90X....but I don't think that counts either. This is a great question and I'm deciding right now that I'm actually going to do the Leslie Sansone that I have tonight. Most of the workout videos kill my back and with a herniated disc I have to be careful. I do enjoy the Wii workouts (Biggest Loser is my current favourite), but I definitely don't keep them up either.....

My current workout schedule actually involves me walking a lot outside and hoping that once the weather gets warmer, I can start doing C25K. Last night, during Earth hour I walked the dogs with my family and jogged the last minute of it. My sister commented that I was really huffing and puffing too much for such a little jog (in the next two hours, I also had an asthma attack that I probably should have gone to the ER for ..... but did my home treatments and my Ventolin).....Need to slowly increase my cardio..

I tend to rotate between three main exercise "routines"--Leslie Sansone walking videos, Kettleworx, and C25k training. The C25k is on hold till the sun starts coming up earlier again...I won't run in the dark and I can't wait that late in the morning to do it. If I'm on my game when the sun starts coming up earlier, the plan is to rotate Kettleworx and C25k every other day--which would give me 6 workouts, and then have a 7th day to either rest or add in another something, like Leslie Sansone. I haven't worked out the last two days though....my weekends have been really messing with my workout routine lately. So goes life....

Yes, food porn it is. The amount of white flour and sugar in my food diary today is enough to send someone's insulin spiking just by reading it. Tomorrow is a new day. I made it through the baby shower, I did not get any "When will Josh have a baby sister?"-type remarks, which was good, and I did not flush my son down the toilet even though he has been acting like a little troll all day. I suppose I should cut him some slack...he is 2...but I still wanted to flush him down the toilet. My perspective is off, I'm sure--I was not expecting to be "single-parenting" today, and it wiped me out. Plus, I"m in that limbo-land where everyone in my family has had this stomach bug except me....I feel like I'm just waiting for it to hit me. Ugh. We'll see.

Okay, I"m off for an early bedtime...or at least an early jump in bed and read until I want to fall asleep. Have a good night everyone....

LOL Little Troll....I wouldn't flush him I were you...I would think you'd have more work cleaning the mess of the overflowing toilet because of the "clog". Tomorrow's another day.

    2011 SW: 241.8

    Week 6: 235.2lbs (-2.9lbs)
    Week 7: 234.3lbs (-0.9lbs)
    Week 8: 236.6lbs (+2.3lbs)
    Week 9: 236.3lbs (-0.3lbs)
    Week 10: 237.0lbs(+0.7lbs)
    Week 11: 236.7lbs (-0.3lbs)
    Week 12: 234.4lbs (-2.2lbs)
    Week 13: 236.8 lbs (+2.6lbs)

Usually when I gain that kind of weight AF is around the corner. I sure hope so. I haven't started taking the provera yet, but will be today Crappy eating weekend....just really hard to motivate myself. I haven't gone tremendously over cals though, so that really shouldn't be a factor. I also know I can't blame water weight becuase I'm definitely not retaining water in my ankles or wrists. I was looking at them yesterday and there is definition around the bones that just made me stare at them for a while....LOL This week will be better.......

I'm getting the hang of this whole knowing when AF is going to hit........LOL That explains the crappy mood and cravings and crap eating all weekend with no willpower. Only problem.....I knew it was coming, but didn't prepare for it.....stupid purse change.

It's absolutley ridiculous that I'm so happy that it's here (and only a week late, which was about the time, I would have expected YI to set me back)..

Hope everyone else's Monday is as "productive"

LOL, Pam! Sorry that your purse swap left you unprepared, but I'm glad everything seems to be moving forward.

I had a weekend full of family gatherings and poor food choices... and still managed to lose. That's really bad reinforcement, body!

Good morning Ladies! (well at least I hope for you)

Karen, I really hope you are having a better day, and you don't catch that nasty bug!

    Amanda, welcome to the group!

    Erica, good job on losing!

Pam, I just changed purses this weekend and had to pack for AF today... She still isn't here, but I have "been there, done that" with being unprepared and don't want it to happen this time. :)

I had a busy weekend of clearing out our bedroom (try moving a king size bed all by yourself!), ripping out the carpet, painting the ceiling, and installing laminate flooring. DH is finishing the floors in the closets, base moldings, and painting the walls a medium/light blue today. I was doing pretty good.....until our late night run to Taco Bell last night at 11:00p! We were starving after the floors; and I lost ALL self-control! As a result, +4.6lbs! :noway: SERIOUSLY!??? I really don't think this is possible! I am two tears  away from throwing in the towel! I was 139 in December now I'm at 147! +8lbs in 3 months! :explode:
I'm on CD 28 today and no signs of AF. Who knows what is happening... My shortest cycle is 12 and my longest is 36, so I guess I keep waiting. I made a Dr appointment for next Monday, to see if she has any insight/suggestions.

    FML today!

Kim, I imagine that's all water weight from the sodium in the Taco Bell. Hang in there!

^ I agree with Erica. Don't throw in the towel!!! You'll feel worse about it. Start over today, that's all. I bet you feel like that cause AF is coming so your hormones are acting wacky. Take a deep breathe and carry forward. :flowerforyou:

Good job on the work in the bedroom!!! You are super woman moving a king size bed like that. It would have fallen on me and I would have been stuck under it for days probably. lol

I hope today gets better! I agree, I bet it's water weight from late night Taco Bell.

As for me, we're closing on a house Wednesday so I'll be traveling. I hope I can at least not GAIN in those few days.

Happy Monday everyone...well in my case unhappy monday. I am in such a SUPER emotional mood i can only PRAY it's bc AF is on her way bc if this is a new personality quirk i'm developing I may have to consider prozac

Pam - I hate when I'm not prepared for AF! I normally keep something in my car esp since i TRUELY don't know when she's going to come.

Erica - I saw your little staus update thingy and i think about that all the time, my mom and best friend are on here but they both know we were trying so i'm not too worried about it but most of the time when i recommend MFP i don't tell them to add me lol

Kim - Im right there with you! I was at 133 in October/November and When i weighed in with the trainer on Thursday i was at 147.

On THAT note, I did weigh in at 144.2 today, which was pretty awesome! I was relatively careful with eating this weekend. My girfriend and I took a little weekend vacation to South Lake Tahoe to visit one of my best friends. He is stationed in Japan but was in the states for a few weeks so we all met up in tahoe. It was JUST what the doc ordered. We played in the snow and drank rum (and diet  ) in the hot tub for like 8 hours, slept late, and just relaxed. It was WONDERFUL...although coming back to reality is proving to be significantly more difficult than i expected. CD 54, no sign of AF but FF says late this week maybe...

Well actually I changed it because I have an announcement and I really don't want her to see it... I got my BFP on Saturday!! So that weight loss today was totally unintentional! I bumped up to maintenance Friday when I suspected and went way over both Friday and Saturday. I guess my metabolism is already revving up... or I'm just dehydrated even though I'm drinking water like a fish.

I don't want to leave you all. And I'm still more than happy to answer any TTC questions anyone has. I'm just really hoping this sticks, but I'm so worried that it won't. I'm pretty zen about it, though. I've finally gotten to a point in the process that I can't impact one way or the other. How terrifying!!!!

Baby dust to all of my wonderful friends. I hope those who are trying now get their BFPs soon and those who will be trying soon, get theirs then!
