    Just weighed in for the week, have neither gained nor lost so I'm still 89kg (196lb). Not too disappointed considering I've been sick this week and not exercising as hard, plus I just took my measurements and I've lost a few cms each across my bust, waist and hips :)

    Shall definitely be stepping up the exercise intensity this week so the scales keep moving!

    Joining a bit late, so will aim for the 2lb a week goal.
    I'm currently 142lbs, so aim to be 136lbs by 1st April.

    So far I'm sticking to the 1200 calorie a day rule, but weight loss is very slow (1-2lbs a week). This week I even put on a pound despite being under my calorie goal!

    Thing is, its a long drawn out process so not worried too much.

    Bring on the challenge!!!

    Also lost 3 lbs! I am so happy!!!

    I'm not hungry anymore. I think I just make "wiser" choice. Like tonight I had 700 cal to eat so I asked myself "what do I really want"?
    I choose french baguette, pâté with onion confit, salad and 2 glasses of wine.
    I ate veryyyyyyyyyyyy slowly...and wow I am FULL.

    Just thinking that 3 weeks ago that would have been just a starter! I am SO PROUD.

    Weighed in this morning @ 184, which is a 3.8 lb loss since I started this! Only 6.2 left to go by April 1st! Feeling really motivated right now! And I even ate breakfast today... :D

    WELCOME TO ALL OF OUR NEW CHALLENGERS! IT IS GREAT THAT WE HAVE SO MANY PEOPLE SUPPORTING EACH OTHER TOWARDS AN ULTIMATE HEATHIER GOAL!!!

    MINI CHALLENGES SO FAR INCLUDE:

    DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES (64 OZ) OF WATER A DAY AND TO EAT BREAKFAST EVERYDAY!!
    CONTINUE TO DO THESE MINI CHALLENGES!

    NEW MINI CHALLENGE:

    WORK OUT 5 DAYS THIS WEEK FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES A DAY!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!! YOU CAN CHOOSE TO DO THE 5 DAYS OR IF YOU RATHER DO 3 DAYS FOR 35 MINUTES EACH WORKOUT. GOAL IS TO LOG 100 MINUTES OF EXCERSIZE BEFORE SATURDAY.

    EVERYONE PLEASE POST YOUR MINUTES!!! AND GOOD LUCK!!

    ALSO, THIS FRIDAY IS HALFWAY POINT!

    I WANT EVERYONE TO POST THIER TOTAL POUNDS LOST SO FAR ON FRIDAY SO WE CAN SEE WHO IS IN THE LEAD!!!

    LETS WORK HARD THIS WEEK!!! WE HAVE THREE WEEKS LEFT UNTIL APRIL 1ST!!! LET'S LOSE THOSE 2 LBS THIS WEEK!!!! WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!!

    Great job on eating breakfast! I ate a ho-ho this am! yep..it was bad, but it was the only thing I could find in a hurry and I know I will burn it off today and jump starting my metabolism was so much more important!! :tongue:
