Also lost 3 lbs! I am so happy!!!
I'm not hungry anymore. I think I just make "wiser" choice. Like tonight I had 700 cal to eat so I asked myself "what do I really want"?
I choose french baguette, pâté with onion confit, salad and 2 glasses of wine.
I ate veryyyyyyyyyyyy slowly...and wow I am FULL.
Just thinking that 3 weeks ago that would have been just a starter! I am SO PROUD.
Great job on making better choices!!! You should be very proud!! That is such a major step in teaching/reprogramming your body! Awesome job!! Keep it up!0 -

2nd weigh-in...
March SW - 280lbs
CW - 272.6lbs
I lost 3.4lbs this week and this was even with going out to dinner for our anniversary and having some sparkling wine, dark chocolate and strawberries. What I think really, really helped is we decided to spend the 1st part of the day sightseeing and walking nature trails before heading out for dinner and a movie.
Happy Monday to all! Hope everyone has a most wonderful week!!0 -

Great read. I was always under the assumption that breakfast was important, but it didn't matter on the size. Right now i eat about 300 calories for breakfast, which consist of skim milk and special k red berries cereal. I will definatly try this next week.0 -
