I injured my upper thigh Monday running. I have been trying to take it easy this week. I hope can make my goal. I did well last week even though I was in Philly for the entire week. I am 1 1/2 lbs from rewarding myself with a pair of roller skates . I cannot wait to get my skates. I of course will buy some pom poms for them, a true flashback to the late 70's early 80's:laugh:.0 -
