    OK I'm back! I've completed day 12 Level 2 this morning. Wow, I'm so behind; maybe I'll have to double and triple up like bballgirl :wink: .

    Day 21 level 3 done. Great going Lizzy. Even I was thinking once this is over what would I do next. Though I have become stronger but still I follow Anita for many workout moves. I think I would do 30 days shred again & also add no more trouble zones 2-3 days a week.
    Nikki - hope u r foot is better now.

    Hey all. I was slacking during the middle of this hallenge but a few days ago I started lvl 2 And I like it a lot better than 1 so I'm not just yet of the challenge ;) I feel a lot stronger and I can't wait to get her other DVDs to workout to!

    I'm wondering if I need to start over since a had a few days off due to my foot injury? Although my foot isn't fully healed it is feeling much better and I was able to run on my treadmill this morning without very much pain and discomfort. Yay! My foot is getting better :drinker:

    I was thinking of a Ripped in 30 Challeneg after this. Perhaps we can give it a week after your done so that hopefully those us that did fall behind can catch up.

    Finished Day 22 and Day 1 of Level 3. Some things were definitely hard in Level 3 but I really don't think I burned as many calories.
    So I went ahead and did Level 1 in addition.

    Since the beginning of the challenge I have lost:

    6lbs
    2 inches on my bust
    1 1/2 inches on my waist
    1 inch on my hips
    2 inches on my thighs

    Thats 6lbs and 6 1/2 inches :)

    Way to go lizzy!!! I just finished Day 30 Level 3. I never took measurements, but I did lose some lbs. It took me a total of 35 days. I am not quite sure what I will do for strength training now. I have to go back to my old lifting ways.

    Keep it up everyone and congrats to whoever has finished!

    Day 24 level 1done... missed 3 days continuously again. I am determined to complete 30 days shed...I guess now I am the only one left..hehe...
