3500+ calories burned challenge 3/14-3/20

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone has been doing a great job with the challenge!


Here is the daily update format.

    Ok. I'm in again ...need to get the extra cardio in and definitely want to burn the calories.

    I'm in for 3500... too bad today doesn't count, lol, i did my longest run to date! (7.3 miles). Tomorrow will most likely be a light run, long walk combo :) Thanks for posting the challenge :)

    I love this challenge, it subconsciously makes you push yourself. This will be my 2nd week. Last week I went for 3500 and exceeded by 1690 for a total of 5190 calories burned for the week. This week I'll go for 4500. Good Luck to everyone.

    Back in the swing this week. Joined a gym and got my motivation back, yay! I wish I could count the 1880+ calories I burned Friday-Sunday, but I'll just have to work even harder than that this week to get my count up! :smile:

    I am in again. This would be my 2nd week. Can I reduce my calories to 3000 this week. That would be a reasonable number for me.

    I would love to join this, I'm trying to lose wt for a cruise i'm going on the 1st of may and i've been slacking so this should get my butt in gear....
