    Tues: 496 (JM Ripped in 30 wk2 day4, walking 60 min)
    Wed: 767 (JM Ripped in 30 wk2 day 5, walking 120 min)
    Thurs:987 (52 min. mountain biking, 7 min hiking, 60 min light-mod cleaning)
    Fri: 1234 (JM Ripped in 30 wk3 day1, 4hrs light-mod. cleaning)
    Sat: 812 (JM Ripped in 30 wk 3 day2, 10 min walking up hill & 90 min. walking 2.5mph)
    Sun: 449 (40min JD2 & 20min Zumba intermediate level on Wii)

    Left to go: +1571 :bigsmile:

    Way better than I thought I would do!!! I was afraid I wasn't going to come close to 4000
