My favorite is warm almond milk and a drizzle of pure maple syrup.

My finger. I find you can spread out the act of shoveling it in your pie hole when eating with your fingers in place of a spoon. And more liquid to make it an extra calorie burn.

I always have a good pinch of Vietnamese cinnamon and a small pinch of Lavendar bud. The smell and taste are heavenly. Sometimes a 1/4 C. of some berries too.

Over here it's called porridge and it's made with about 1dssp rolled oats (fine ground) or 2dssp rolled oats (coarse ground) per person, a pinch salt, some water, some milk. boiled to the right consistency.

I personally refuse to eat porridge any other way than the approved 'milk and brown sugar'. it's a beautiful thing in its natural form, and doesn't need tarting up. Hmph. I am a purist.

Today I used brown sugar and some light syrup I had. High in sugar content though. I am thinking about maybe trying some peanut butter and chocolate chips.

I add about 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, cinnamon, sweetener and some honey flavoured Greek yogurt! Works out at 250 calories and it's so yummy and filling :)

Today I had oatmeal with a packet of Truvia, a teensy bit of cinnamon, and a few walnuts.

Some other combos I love are:
    . raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries
    . almond butter and banana
    . honey and raisins
    . dates and walnuts

Have been feeling the need to have it every night and my favorite one is:
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup oatmeal
60 grams fat free sweetened condensed milk
    cinnamon
    cloves
    nutmeg
    Sweetener (Splenda or sugar)
    Sugar free chocolate syrup
A little sugar free maple syrup

It makes a type of rice pudding, delicious!
