    Not much of a change this week :( But I'll take it! As far as the challenge, I did get my 5 miles in, and I've been doing the water every day! I've done the arm exercises wed, thurs, fri, and sat. I'll probably do them later today :bigsmile:

    So here it is, I wait and wait for this day to come so I can see that number go down! I've been pretty consistently losing small losses, but consistent. If it continues like that for the rest of the challenge, I would most definitely accomplish my goal!

    Some one needs to come get the ice cream out of my house. sigh, stuipd husband. At least it is not in the house all the time. Last year I would buy 1 or 2 gallons every two weeks when I went grocery shopping. Now he buys it only when he REALLY wants it.
