    Well, I did well staying under my calories last week and exercised 5 days. I believe I have hit the dreaded plateau because I remain at 256! No loss this week... so frustrating!! I'm gonna keep tweaking my routine and eating plan to hopefully lose weight in next week's weigh-in.

    So apparently I can never only eat 1200 cals, so my new plan is to just workout More! We,ll see how that works out for me this week. Id like to at least have a calorie defficit of 3-500 cals by the end of the day.

    I'm SO excited! Just signed up for the Dirty Girl Run in Wisconsin. A group of 4 friends and I (who live on opposite sides of the continent) are getting together for a girls weekend and a fun run/obstacle course in the mud for women. Now I really have to get into shape. LOL

    My mom and I just signed up for it too! I am very excited for it :)
