    @loveme - I'm all for push-ups being bumped up to 20, it'll be a good hard, but achievable challenge for me. Thanks for doing these weekly challenges. I'm going to encourage some of the ladies that I have been doing other challenges with to check your new one next week

    I'm trying to end the week on a high note with staying under my calories. I will finish the lunges tonight and anything tomorrow will just be a bonus. I can't wait for next week's challenge. This is really a lot of fun and a great way to help me stay on top of things!

    TUE – Lunges: 60 ~ Under Calories: Yes forward
    WED – Lunges: 0 ~ Under Calories: Yes (by a mere 3 cals) did about 30 squats, tho
    THU – Lunges: 120 ~ Under Calories: Yes via 30 day shred (front and back) and Fit TV Gilad workout
    FRI – Lunges: 60 ~ Under Calories: No (and intentionally) with weights, 1/2 front 1/2 back
    SAT – Lunges: 60 (approx) ~ Under Calories: No (intentionally again, and with good results) lunges were back diagonal (Fit TV Gilad)
    SUN – Lunges: ## ~ Under Calories: Y/N?
