    225.6 this morning. Down a little bit, but barely! I'm honestly shocked I was down at all. I feel like last week I had zero motivation.

    Goals this week: drink 10+ cups of water per day
    Go to the gym at least 4 times
    Stay at or under calories at least 6 days

    229.0 this morning!

    Made 18.88 miles of my 30 mile goal - not too bad for only hitting the treadmill 4 days this past week instead of my intended 7! Goals this week are:

    - 30 miles on the treadmill (pretty sure I can hit it this week!)
    - pay attention to hydration (the other night I realized I'd only had coffee & diet pop all day, yikes!)
    - run 2 miles straight, 3 times (ran this far for the first time last night, so proud!!!)

    Hello! I'm still at 161... which I can't believe since I was a real slacker this past week. I really really want to get back into the 150's. So hopefully soon! Although I turn 21 in a week... so super extra gym time for me.

    I'm still at 149.
    I'm not making much progress, but for the first time this morning I woke up before work and did a little pilates. I think if I do something physical before work I'll be more likely to stick with it and feel better throughout my day. I want to have better numbers next week. Thanks for motivating me! All of you ladies are doing so great!
