i was scared to weigh in today because i have been slacking on working out but i was shocked to see i had actually lost, guess its all that water!

Ok I almost don't even believe it but too scared to double check...lol. 1.1 lost so far!
Doesn't seem like much but that means I only have 6.9lbs to lose!!!!
Monday I start level 2 of the 30 day shred so hopefully it brings me 1 or 2lbs closer to my goal!0 -
Sorry for not entering my weight yesterday. I'm on vacation and didn't have the computer handy. My last weigh in was on Thurs and it was 141.6!! That's down from 144 from last week0

And if I thought I was busy before you should see me now! A one page and a Four page paper due next week finals the week after doubles on the weekend both school and work on tuesdays and work on monday. meetings on wednesday and thursday and finding time to study for 3 final tests! and also that damn four page paper! Oh and can you say 3 yes count them 3 jobs at the moment untill I have the green light that im sticking around my new job that im shadowing at.
SO No exercise at all for me for the next 2 weeks if not more! Will be weighing in at 5:00 am tomorrow so ya may or may not be accurate lol . wayyyy too much going on for me right now but im still gonna try to check in often . : )

Weighed in today because I have been out of town all weekend - definitely surprised by the drop because I didn't exactly watch what I ate this weekend. I ate closer to maintenance all weekend. I'll take it though!0 -
I'm surprisd I only gained 2 pounds since its TOM and I ate down the house....cant wait till this weeks weigh in...I might actually be able to meet the challenge this month

I'm finally out of the 158-160 range that I was stuck in for a while!0 -
I am having a terrible month. I'm on track with my eating and exercising but the weight is just hanging on. I so wanted to make the 50 lb loss this month even if I don't make the 5lb challenge but I'm struggling. I have been under a lot of stress the past couple weeks and I know stress isn't good for weight loss. Have only lost 1 lb this month but I'm not giving up on reaching the 50 lb mark for this month yet.

The scales are driving me crazy. I have got to stop weighing myself so much. Friday I weighed 172.6, Saturday 174, yesterday 172 and then up to 173 today. UGGGGHHH. I know it's normal fluctuations due to water, sodium, etc. but it gets so frustrating. Going to have my boyfriend hide the scales and only give them to me on weigh in days.

I just want to say that I am so proud of you and in awe that you have lost almost 50 pounds. You look great by the way! I love you hair cut!. Hang in there and I am sure those 2 pounds will come off by and by.. I do the same things as you do about getting on the scales so often and then I want to scream. I just want the numbers to go way down like over night or something. I am so anxious to get in to the 130 range and stay there for a while. I am sick of these 140 numbers!!! and for a month it just stays there. i am pretty good at maintaining but I want to go DOWN! I hope that by Friday I can see 139!!!

Let me tell you.... I cannot thank Kelly enough for the idea to go without the scale. I think having my bf hide it is the single best thing I have done in my weight loss journey. That stress is gone, and I am loving it! I can focus on the things I need to know instead of that number.0 -

I was so thinking this the other day except for me it is that break into the 170's. I am up an down between 179 and 181. Just can't seem to stay in the 170's. I am going to keep working at it. That is the key...DON'T GIVE UP!0
