    Delighted with the loss. Down nearly three pounds, I am seriously focused to get rid of the last few pounds before Easter so hopefully it will work.

    I'm in 2!!!! My weight is 140.5 on 4-14-11
    That is about the same as me exactly. How tall are you. I am trying to get out of these 140's and seem to be stuck there for the past few weeks. Any suggestions! Let's get out together!!!Phyljen

    I KNOW I OVER DID IT ON THE FIRST FEW DAYS OF THE WEEK BUT HAVE BEEN REALLY GOOD THE LAST 3-4 DAYS SO WHEN I STAYED 140 I WAS KIND OF DISAPPOINTED. I'm not giving up. I want to see the 130's soon and hopefully I'll get to 130 by summer time. That is my GOAL.
    April 15- 140.6
    April 8- 140.4
    April 1- 140.2
    CRAZY at least I am maintaining around 140 but I'm ready to go DOWN! PHYLJEN:smile:

    I was 179 last week and still there this week. Great workouts+ bad eating= not weight loss.:cry:

    Almost forgot it was Friday! The scale started moving again after my weigh in last week. Slowly, but surely in the right direction!

    Goal weight on April 30th: 164

    04/08/11 weigh in: 190lbs!!! YAY!! This definitely motivated me for the weekend, which are the hardest for me to eat healthy.

    I met my goal in just two short weeks by sticking to my guns: eating healthy (yet allowing myself ONE cheat meal on Sundays so I dont go stir-crazy) and continuing with the C25K workout. I changed it up a little bit last night, and instead of doing one workout, I did two back-to-back. I think Friday weigh-ins are the best! They help motivate me for the weekends. I can't wait to see how far I will go the rest of the month! Good luck to you all!! :)

    I know what you mean. I have that one pound that keeps me in the 140's. this week I am going to kick it off and get into the 130's. You can do it too! and see the 160's. let's help each other! I'm here to support you. Are you planning what exercises you will do this week? I am going swimming three times this week and I am going to walk at least 30 minutes every day no matter what.

    Ok I almost don't even believe it but too scared to double check...lol. 1.1 lost so far!
    Doesn't seem like much but that means I only have 6.9lbs to lose!!!!
    Monday I start level 2 of the 30 day shred so hopefully it brings me 1 or 2lbs closer to my goal!
