  • I walked 7.5miles today! Come on people. Lets get moving.
  • Very nice! This sounds like a motivating, neat little goal to set for myself. I want to try to walk 25 miles in the total month of April. I've already walked 1.2 miles today, so I guess I'm already on a good start! Good luck to everyone meeting their goals!

    Peeking in the door. Been MIA lately struggling with the whole weightloss journey. But I really need to try to get my butt moving once again. I finally made my first monthly goal last month so I will add a few more miles this month.

    April walking goal = 35 miles

    I'm in on this challenge! I've walked a decent amount in March and am setting a goal of 3 miles a day, so that's 90 miles for April! Walked 5 miles yesterday, two outside & 3 with Leslie.

    Let's do this!

    Up early this morning and did 'fat burning miles - power walk w/ weights & walk+jog'... Boy, was I sweaty! The 2 combined is around 3.5 miles.

    Plus, as it's now stopped piddling with rain here in the UK, I've been out for a very brisk 3 mile walk along the promenade!

    I'm in - first time. My goal is 50 miles, did a 5K today (walking) but still completed it ! so 3 down 47 more to go.

    Hey,

    Have done two hours today.I had an hour treamill session this morning and then an hour session tonight around the village.Now when I inputted the information I mistakenly entered it twice,so I will post again tomorrow, but not enter anything until the time is balanced.

    Ouch! Hannah, I feel that! I have a problem with a chronic sprain, which I have to be very careful about, so know how you feel! Hope you feel better soon!

    I had a lazy Mother's Day here today and not feeling the least bit guilty! Will get back to my workout tomorrow.

    Have walked 45 min to 1 hour ourside slowly for each day. Not as rapid as doing leslie Sansone video and probably not even a mile, but got the heart rate up and sure felt good. Will work on getting a ticker. Want to do 30 or more miles this month.

    Took an awesome 4 mile hike in the desert today with hubby and our two dogs!
