    3.35 miles today. Looks like I will be passing my goal of 30 miles in April tomorrow, guess I should have set a higher goal ;)

    11/4 = No walking, tried my C25K in the morning and failed!!!! I'm sticking to Leslie to wake my body up!
    12/4 = 2 miles (5 Fat Burning Miles)
    13/4 = 2 miles (4 Fast and Firm Miles)
    14/4 = 2 miles (5 Fat Burning Walk Miles)
    15/4 = 4 miles (4 Fast and Firm Miles)

    Up to 69.4 miles for this month... I think my goal was waaaaaaay too conservative!! Doesn't it do wonders for your self-confidence and will power to see the miles clock up here? Keep Walking! :flowerforyou:

    I just passed my goal today with a 2.25 mile walk (well elliptical) Now I guess I'll just see how far past my goal I get this month :smile:

    today i have been lazy...its cold and windy and we had a huge breakfast with the Easter Bunny, which completely derailed me all day. Yesterday i did more physical work at work than i have done in over 16 years...and my boss gave us an extra half hour for lunch so I went walking for 40 mins. puts me up to 390 out of 900...need to kick it up a notch this week.     Done two hours this morning.This was split between the gym(treadmill) and dog walking,very nice and enjoyable.

  • I am still walking but now as much as I hoped to be! Will be doing yard work today and getting some steps in with that lawn mower. I've got to get moving more though to reach my step goal for this month.

    I know I'm late joining, but seeing as walking is my main form of exercise, I figured I'd give it a go! This month, I am aiming for an average 60 mins per day walking, as I am off work for a couple of weeks, and can really give it a good go! Netx month might be different... ;)

    Hi!
    So happy to join, I know we don't have much left of April, but my goal is to get at least 20 minutes of walking in a day, Mon thru Sat, until I deliver my baby in early June. My siggy only shows what I need to do for April, I think I'll just do a new one every month, since pregnancy gets a little unpredictable as the due date gets closer. :)

    hi everyone...yesterday i did 60 mins on the treadmill...i think that puts me at the half way mark to 900 ..YAY

    I put some progress pics on my profile if anyone wants to check it out...i needed some motivation ...to feel like i am getting some progress!

    I went walking with the kids in the rain today. Kids LOVED it, and I don't mind, maybe cause I'm originally from Seattle. I love the smell of rain, fresh dirt, wet leaves, mmmm!
