    Managed to get 1.5 miles in this morning before the rain.

    18/4 = 2.5miles (Fat Burninng Miles. I did 'walk+jog').
    19/4 = 5 miles (Leslie Sansone 5 day slim down).
    20/4 = Not sure how many miles, I did 'walk + kick'. Probably only 1 mile.
    21/4 = 2 miles (5 fat burning miles)+ 3 mile walk along the prom!
    22/4 = 3 miles (walk away pounds for abs)
    23/4 = 5 mies (5 mile advanced walk)

    DD and I worked out a walking program for me, so I should start racking up the miles. Will try to get to the 45 this month, but after that it shouldn't be a problem because weather etc will be better. Before my illness, I was walking 4.5 miles daily, so that's the goal I'm working towards. As long as I don't overdo, it shouldn't be a problem. Glad I found this thread. It keeps me motivated. :smile: Walked twice today for a total of 2.7 miles today/24.2 for the month.

    I walked my 3.5 miles today - up to 106.8 and walking!!

    To change ticker go back to ticker factory website - put in your pin number, you'll see a button saying add - click on that and add the
    miles you've done - this should then automatically show up where you have your ticker e.g on this thread.
    Not sure if that's clear enough? Good luck!

    I did another 3 miles this afternoon, too cold (again) to do more - good luck all!

    What a beautiful day! :smile: We had wonderful weather for the family gathering and got a 1.5 mile walk in. Was planning on another this evening but it is now pouring rain! :ohwell:

    Haven't checked in for a while, but I've been walking :smile: Last week I did 3 one hour walks, and today one 50 minute walk.

    30 minutes of C25K tonight. I haven't been on here in a while (had a bit of a pity party melt down...and then it was very on off again after that). I'm so glad to see so many of you posting and keeping up with this. Its awesome!
