Pressed reply early. meant to say that yes I have noticed massive changes since I started walking each day in january.I hope that you keep on enjoying the walks and progressing towards your targets.
I have just completed another 2 hour walk in the countryside in glorious sunshine.

Managed another 4.5 miles today! Lost two pounds at my weigh in this morning and YES I definitely do notice a big difference in shape etc! Also, more supple??!!0

Woke up early and did Leslie Sansone - 5 fat burning miles dvd, only 2 miles but it woke up my body, ready for the day ahead.

Back to work after a long weekend off! :grumble: Also back to my regular walk round the park and to and from work - another 4.3 miles added0

Decided to follow the crowd and post my miles in a weekly form! Being English, my date comes before the month - just to confuse you all!!!!!!!
11/4 = No walking, tried my C25K in the morning and failed!!!! I'm sticking to Leslie to wake my body up!
12/4 = 2 miles (5 mile Fat Burning Walk)
13/4 = 2 miles (4 Fast and Firm Miles)

I also made a pleasant discovery today. While I have been at this since Dec I haven't seen any scale change at all. I was ok with this up until recently when I said, 4 months and nothing? I took a pic back in feb and today got into the same clothes as in the pic and then saw them side to side. Hello! There is definitely a change! It's not in the scale but it's in my overall physique, and that is pretty sweet. Just wanted to share, and let people know (as I was wondering) that just walking (for exercise) and eating healthy can give you sweet results! If you're like me and it takes more convincing than normal to do some mega cardio work, then walk some miles daily!

Today was excellent, it finally stopped raining! I got a 25 min walk in on lunch and then I met with my Facebook friends for a walk, there was 20 of us . I brought my daughter in her stroller it was a blast, catching up with old friends and getting shape!
so 85 minutes today...getting a great pace going almost halfway to my goal of 900 minutes0 -
I've added 3.75 miles since my last check in on Monday.0
