My favourite homemade Bircher Muesli. 370ish calories
I just soak oats in water over night and then in the morning mix in low fat yoghurt, grated apple, cinnamon and then spinkle LSA and Wheatgerm on top. Soo delicious and filling0 -
its sunday morning at 12:34am so im gonna have to sleep soon. but yesterday morning, i had a grilled zucchini souffle
it was from costco and comes in a few packaged dish. its 140 calories and i just popped it into the microwave! real delicious~
