    Have you ever tried PB2?

It is powdered peanut butter that you mix with water and very comparable to regular peanut butter taste.

The only problem is that I can only find it online at bellplantation.com and it is a little expensive for me because you have to buy in bulk. They sell them for $15.96 + shipping and handling for 4 jars of the peanut butter.

Anyway, it is 45 calories for 2 tbsp instead of 180 calories.

    Try here -- http://www26.netrition.com/bell_plantation_pb2.html

You don't have to buy in bulk and they have decent shipping and a bunch of other good things to try.

Will definitely try this. I make my own yogurt, so this will be awesome!

FYI -- You can strain regular yogurt to get it the thick, creamy consistency of greek yogurt. Use a cheesecloth, flour sack towel, etc in a strainer. Dump it in and stick it in the fridge until you get the consistency you want. Then just scrape it out. If it's thick enough, it will just plop right out of the cloth.
