    For the prior weeks challenge, i gave up ketchup, which i did pretty good on...only had a tsp with my eggs one day! I have my TOM and had to spend Tues home with a sick baby....i must have ate all the chocolate left in the house...i am talking bunnies, mini ice cream cones (3 of them), reeses PB cups!! i had a serious sweet attack ...i was afraid to even weigh in on Wednesday, I was going to skip the whole week! I sucked it up this morning and weighed in tho and to my surprise i am down 1.8!!! YAY to my lowest weight YET!!! 136.2!! only 4.7 lbs to GO!! to meet goal challenge :happy:

    For this weeks challenge I donated to March of Dimes....i sponsored one of the girls in my office ...my daughter was a preemie and was well taken care of ...so I love this charity!

    Help me I've fallen and I can't get up:frown: Boy am I going the wrong direction or what???? OK - next week I'm back in the game - no excuses. I seem to want to sabotage myself when I get close to my goals. Not this time though - See you next week with better results.

    if anyone wants to do a challenge this weekend, it is: TO REFLECT ON YOUR BEST PHYSICAL FEATURE AND HOW YOU CAN HIGHLIGHT IT. i will post the challenge on thursdays after the weigh-in. it will be a random idea and you can chose to participate or not. if you do, have fun emphasizing the best physical part of yourself! :)

    i am glad i used my tuesday weight because my weight this morning was up to 124.0. gotta get it back down before next week. :D

    went off the deep end on saturday...ate way too much...but tried to exercise some of it away. Sunday i turned it all around...with a 45 minute workout when i first got up and then went out grocery shopping, so now the house is stocked with good food. i am swearing off drinking ALL week...i got a dvd player this weekend and am hoping to do this pilates dvd i have all week...so i am hoping some big results! I hope you and everyone else on the challenge are doing great!

    Janna - Great job for turning it around!

    I'm having a great weekend - I ran/walked about 4 miles on Saturday, then did an easy 30 min jog/walk today with a 45 min strength training session afterwards. I bought new running shoes, but they're very different, so I'm breaking them in slowly. I'm fully recovered after the awful binge that was Wednesday/Thursday last week. :drinker:

    How has everyones weekend been?

    the weekend was good. in-law were in town so we went to a rockies game friday night. had the best seats ever! 8 rows from the field, right in between the dugout and homeplate. got a couple of good shots of my boy, seth smith. whoot! saturday was baseball games for the kids. crappy, rainy weather. then bowling. sunday was oldest first communion and then lunch at texas roadhouse before the in-laws left. got in a 5 mile walk, but my incision is bothering me now.

    no time to reflect on my best physical feature and how to highlight it. did anyone else come up with something?

    this week is not great for me. i have a sick kiddo at home from school and early release day from school tomorrow. yuck! we have 3 nights of baseball games and youngest kiddo's birthday party. friday is the one year anniversary of my dad's death. more baseball games on saturday. also i was invited to a scrapbooking party (which normally i'd love, but i feel too low to enjoy). i am feeling blue and tired. nothing tastes good but i want to eat everything in sight. sigh.

    three weeks until my half-marathon.

    So Sorry I have not been getting no here weekly. I get distracted so easily.
    I am on week 6 of couch to 5K and have been really happy with myself and my progress (most of the time). I also started Pilates/Yoga again, and I have enjoyed the "down" time type of exercise. Saw a big loss this week. Not sure what its about, but I'll take it for now. Adjusted my calories b/c I was not eating all my exercise calories before and now I am trying to.
