    My starting weight Sunday April 24th = 190.6 lbs.
    My weight on Saturday April 30th = 186.2 lbs.
    Your total weight lost for this week = 3.4 lbs.


    I do have to say that this loss is not quite as good as it seems as my weight on Sunday was up from eating out on Saturday but, still it is exciting to see the loss.

    Loss: 2.6 lbs
    WOW i was expecting 1/2 pound a week. But I measured both after large meals, so maybe last sunday I ate more haha. I also didn't log the 10 minutes of yoga I do before bed but... WOW! :O Insanely pleased. Looking forward to next week

    Well....I'm late with posting because I thought the weigh in was today and I was gone all day yesterday. Not happy with the .8 lb weight loss but I'm going to step it up this week. Sounds like everyone did great.

    I'm up 0.8lbs but considering I'm sick and am on heavy antibiotics, I'm okay with that.

    Im happy at least I lost and didn't gain!!!! Also I see people post there weight with the point something after (ex. 120.8), I never pay attention to that I wonder should I...I just focus on the whole number :/

    Im still 152 pounds. Oh well, at least I havent gained anything, and that was after two major drinking sessions, cheesecake and pizza....

    must try harder.
