Well the hard work sure paid off, I wanted to be down to 228 & I made it under! Bitter sweet victory today, at the gym today I had an assessment & my body age is 42 sucks to be 14 years older. Working on it though, everyday I bet I'm getting acouple days younger0 -
Back to where I was two weeks ago. What's up with that? Oh well, even though I've been exercising more, I haven't done the absolute best on my eating.

I haven't been able to exercise this week because I have a really nasty cold and I don't want to aggravate it. Didn't think I'd lose, but I lost half a pound. Thats good enough for me!
