Sorry I didn't weigh in last week... went on vacation, ate out a lot, and now I'm looking at the consequences on the scale. Here's hoping that a week of clean eating and exercise will shake a couple of those added pounds off.

I am so proud of all of you. I just entered info into the chart for everyone who has posted so far. I'm seeing some great numbers. Mike and Tim have made it into the 200 club, Jami is almost in Onederland, and so many of you are almost down to the next ten! (Moving from the 70s to 60s, 50s to 40s, and 30s to 20s....KEEP IT UP!) :drinker:
I really apprieciate those of you who posted on the wrong thread and then went back and posted here instead. It make my 'job' soooo much easier. :bigsmile:

Weigh-in today....234.4! Yay, it's just 1.1 pound but I will take it! As for the exercise, I did really well for someone who doesn't exercise. I exercised 3 times this week!:happy:
