3500+ Calorie Burn Challenge 5/2-5/8

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

Weekly Goal:
Mon: calories burned (how they were burned)
Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)

Total:
Left to go

    I'm in, finals for school finally end tomorrow so I have the week off, last week I had almost 3200 but let's push that a little, I'm gonna go 4000+ this week, game on!

    Considering I burned about 1500 calories today alone, I am in as well. Should be pretty easy to make it to the 3500:)

    Can we go Sunday to Saturday????

    Any one can join at any time and this is an on going weekly challenge that is always Monday - Sunday since it started in December. If 3500 is too low for you, you can pick a higher goal.

    I need to get in on this. I just signed up today and am awful about keeping up on my caloric burn. I always tend to know what I ate, but not what I worked off!

    I'm in! This will be my 3rd week in a row!
    This week I'm starting a new training program that is sure to kick my bum, so I'm aiming big: My goal is 9500 calories.

    wow! i think i might have to volunteer myself for this one too! count me in. 500 cals a day is HEAPS! good for me to be this accountable though. guess i'd better start tonight!

    I'd like to join in, too! I'll set my goal at 3,000 for this week, since I've just been back at exercising for a few weeks now. If I can reach that this week, I'll up it next week!

    I'll join too! This is a great way for me to be accountable. I'm new at this so I'll target a 3000-calorie burn this week.

    hi. guess i'll be one of the first to post! i'm in new zealand, so my monday's nearly over before yours has begun!

    i was going to take a rest day today (i did a long run yesterday, which may explain why i found today so difficult). but i found this thread and decided to join- and i can't back out on the first day. and i don't have the time to devote to 1200 cals 3x per week, iykwim.

    anyway.....

    Weekly Goal:
    Mon: calories burned- 517, painfully burned during 53 minutes on the elliptical in my garage!
    Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)

    total: 517
    left to go: 2983

    This sounds like a great way for me to make sure that I work out as much as I can weekly! Not sure what I burn most weeks so I guess my goal will just be 3500 for my first week doing this!
