hi. guess i'll be one of the first to post! i'm in new zealand, so my monday's nearly over before yours has begun!
i was going to take a rest day today (i did a long run yesterday, which may explain why i found today so difficult). but i found this thread and decided to join- and i can't back out on the first day. and i don't have the time to devote to 1200 cals 3x per week, iykwim.
anyway.....
Weekly Goal:
Mon: calories burned- 517, painfully burned during 53 minutes on the elliptical in my garage!

This sounds like a great way for me to make sure that I work out as much as I can weekly! Not sure what I burn most weeks so I guess my goal will just be 3500 for my first week doing this!0

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal.
