    LIL late posting this but had busy day so as i always say better late than never

    weekly goal: 3500

    Monday: 465 cleaning 125 squats 138 walking 325 zumba hip hop abs and pcd workout
    Tues: 310 walking (was kinda lazy today had sick kid home from school and i had to work-only work 2 days a week-)
    Wed: 620 walking for 3 hours at the mall and around walmart) and 117 cleaning my dang kitchen and livingroom yet again

    Tues: calories burned - god knows- ended up working a double shift at work, so not counting it
