Managed to lose 3 pounds even though I was on vacation and ate a ton of crap food. Guess walking and hiking and swimming all day for 2 1/2 days paid off. Even managed to meet my fitness goal this Saturday. Prolly should come up with a new one now lol! Hope you all have a great day and an even better week!0

Weigh in today = 229.9. I'm slowly coming back from my gains from my time out of the house At my heaviest this last month that was 234.0 so while I'm still more than when we started, I'm pretty sure I'll still be able to do my goal (thinking it's mostly water vs. fat so it should come off easily)0

Well weigh-in this week gone from199.2 lbs last week to 193.4!!!!!
That's 5.8lbs this week!!!! Hope. It makes up for being rubbish last week!!!
Been trying to eat more protein this week!!!
Does anyone else have any ideas of low fat high protein foods??? Seem to be living on ham, chicken tuna and low fat soft cheese!!!
Will try and improve on following the challenges this week!!!0 -
I'm a maintain this week (at 173.8). But, I'll take it since I didn't have a good week last week. The plan is to come out strong this week though!0

WELL DONE everyone! you are all rockstars. our net loss this week, so far with 16 weigh ins out of 33 members, is 20.5 pounds. that is about the weight of a car tire or nearly SEVEN human brains or 2.5 gallons of water!
our total net weight loss so far has now reached 170.5 pounds!! so fantastic. :drinker:
i was flicking through my camera photos and found this one -
:laugh: look at the state of Order of the Phoenix! book 5 was the first one i ever got, and i must have read it 3 times before i eventually got book 1, then ive read the entire series through a few more times since. Phoenix is barely holding it together now, its covered in tape as you can tell0 -

Ok... I know this does not count cause weigh in was yesterday, but i was so mad yesterday I did not do my whole workout (yes I know it should be the other way around)... I am in another group and weigh ins are today so I jumped on the scale and it said 145.6... I picked up the scale and put it in a different spot just to make sure and there it was again... 145.6... Got hubby off to work and went back.... it still says 145.6... really really, think I want to jump up and down (it gets the heart pumping so its a bonus )
Think I am going to go get new batteries this week...
So I guess I will stay off the scale all week and stick to a better diet and will see what happens next week. I have done great this month and I have only had my diet soda three out of the 6 days, so half of what I normally drink and on Sat I only had water, no tea, no juice... only water... so much in fact I almost puked, but my body was asking for it so I drank :drinker:
Hope everyone has a good week. I am going to try on this weekly challenge. I know I have to workout thing down, I can do that... its the food that will get me, if anyone has some good ideas on what to make post them please.0 -

Yesterday I weighed in like a good Girl and it had stayed the same and Since I'm a bad girl,This Morning I jumped on the scale like I do every Morning Like I'm not supposed to do. And it says I've Lost 3 Lbs!. So thats puts me at 212!0

thank-you ladies for checking in! all but 1 person that checked in last week has checked in this week, which is great for it being only the day after official check in day! sadly though i was forced to remove about 3 people from the chart as it is now their 3rd week without weighing in or posting at all. i didnt want to, i checked their activity in the forums and only deleted if they hadnt written any posts since last weighin, which basically means they arent interested anymore. so thank you for all who have been here every week faithfully!
as it stands, minus 1 person, our percentage is 0.39%. we've net lost 22.1 pounds! well done everyone :drinker:0 -

Oh no, I'm the last person to check in!! Sorry guys, been away from my computer the last few days.
My weight this morning was 245.2. I've lost the 3 pounds I gained a couple weeks ago. Just finishing TOM, so hopefully I'll have a bigger loss for next week.
Has anyone else been seeing all the Potter movies on the big screen at Cineplex? They started with HP1 last week (tonight was HP2), and are playing one a week until the new movie!0 -

I saw that that was happening, but unfortunately not in a theatre that I can easily get to with my ever changing work schedule I am participating the the NY HP meet-up group (the group that shall not be named or TGTSNBN)'s harry potter re-view; one movie every sunday while chatting to other fans either through twitter or livestream, all organised through facebook. It's fun to watch with other hardcore fans!0 -

how is everyone doing? hows your week going? ive been trying my best to eat better and drink more water, and im back down to 218.6 as of today YAY! hopefully i can make it down even further by sunday and actually give Hufflepuff a boost in % rather than taking a bit away.
i went to this local fruit shop today and stocked up. they have really fresh stuff thats all locally grown and really yummy. they also had some homemade granola too, without raisins which i LOATHE, so i was all happy with that! i got some large oranges (currently munching on one with my lunch), some apples and bananas. on sunday my dad brought home too many biscuits and ive had trouble resisting their deliciousness, so thats why i got loads of fruit to try and keep me away from them.
my lunch is pretty high cal - i didnt know that Nutty Krust plain bread was so high. 300 cals for only 2 slices!! then i had 2 slices of corned beef on top of that, another 150 cals, and then my big orange, which is 100 according to the database. im gonna have to have a low cal dinner to keep myself under, or get out for a long walk to burn off the excess.
