ugh I just took my pictures... *hangs head in shame* I'm not excited for my weigh in tomorrow... sadly since I've been so off and on with mfp lately... tomorrows weigh in is going to dramatically change my weight lost thus far... nothing like going backwards :sick:0

Most of us have been there, done that too. The important part is adjusting your behavior so that it doesn't happen again! (Or if it does, you catch it before it gets out of control...) Learn what you need from the experience and move on. :flowerforyou: I had to register a gain recently too, from 50 lbs lost almost back to 40 (before I decided to reset my starting weight to my current weight).0 -

Right, I was down to 138 in Nov when I started there.. yesterday at the doctor I was 152! aaaahhh!
And this certainly isn't the first time I struggled... just the most I've fallen back. I'm determined to finally reach my goal.0 -
I am so ready... lol... need to keep my motivation up.0

I completely understand that feeling and frame of mind. I want to be in the 160's (168 specifically) by end of May too and I know I can do it...I just need to do it!!! I hate the 170's and I know a lot of people can contest to that feeling!! :explode:0 -

Ohhhh, I just realized we have som peeps from the lush thread in here. Debbie, Tamara, Faith and I are all lushes. Shoot, there are 3 of us on one team. The liquor stores are going to suffer. No, I think we are going to suffer.:sick:0 -

Sounds like a lot of us are sick of the 170s! While I'm in the low 180s now, I've been bouncing between the mid 170s and low 180s for awhile now... I'd LOVE to finally see a new "decade" - I can't remember the last time I was in the 160s, but I'm willing to bet it was high school...0
