    Ok. I'll do it. It's my first challenge. Question?? What do you mean by under fat goal? Is that a daily nutritional fat number? newbie...please advise. Notice dates are 5/9-5/13. are u doing this next week or is there a new challenge?

    Yes, its your daily nutritional fat goal. You can change your nutrients tracked under the Food Tabs. Click Settings and you will see your options there.

    There is a new challenge every week. I post the new challenge every Sunday night. Good Luck!

    Thanks loveme445. But since I found you on Friday night I think I will start the new challenge for Monday. Looking forward to joining in. I'm trying to kick up my routine to get healthy and in shape. I've already lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks and my goal is to be within my goal weight in the next 8 weeks. Thanks for the motivation and support can't wait to see post Sunday night.
