    I think the older we get it is more about how we feel inside and not just what we look like on the out,all about be healthy and living to see another day! You said something about keeping the wt on for you wouldn't get hurt and I so much relate to that but for different reasons. I eat out of emotions but as well have a hard time keeping the wt off for good due to personal reasons,if you know what I am saying so it makes it twice as hard for me! This last time I kept it off for 3 years and here I am again working on getting it off. I think turning 50 as made me stop and say hey I am getting to old for this!!

    Anyways sorry to turn it around about me but I just wanted to share with you a little! You look awesome and Congrats on the new you! Enjoy!:flowerforyou:
