    Well...it wasn't Step class tonight Chipper, it was 1/2 hour run and 1 hour Body Pump.

    Treadmill told me I burned 385 calories and Polar told me 352 calories, so very close!

    BodyPump I was always entering 250 calories but Polar told me 465 calories! AWESOME!

    Tomorrow night is Step class and Ab workout so I will report after those as well. Now, I'm just getting ready for dinner and I will have extra calories after so I will have some sort of snack, not sure what yet...maybe a little pineapple sherbet with cool whip free...we will see...

    Anyways...have a great night friends and I'll check back tomorrow morning to start a new post!!! Can't wait!!

    Good Morning Girls,

    Well, I did it. I lost 2 pounds from last week. I have to admit I'm not as excited as yesterday when I weighed myself; I had lost 3 and couldn't wait to post it today, but I am 1 pound more than yesterday.:noway: Still 2 pounds is great progress if I can keep that up.

    Turbo Jam has arrived. I will try it out later today. I may even shop for a HRM.

    Today:
    1: enlish muffin, 1 egg, 1 slice ham, 1 slice R.F. Cheese
    2: Banana & natural peanut butter
    3: Still deciding from here on out

    I can't wait to see what everyone has lost today. Oh, maybe I should check in to see if someone has started a new week.
