I basically lost an inch all over. I don't think I meaasured correctly though
BONUS CHALLENGE:
option one: No elevators or escalators this week. Take the stairs when ever posible
option two: paint you toenails. It makes you feel pretty. Mine are purple:laugh:0 -

Well, you all know we post on Friday but I still had a picture of a cute green ribbon. I'll see if I can post it again.

I took the stairs all week. Even when my friend was on the escalator right next to me!
I danced at least once every day for 10 minutes.
I changed my work out to include walking at the park
I increased my work out to 6 days 40-50 minutes.0 -

This is my weight from Biggest Loser on Tuesday morning of last week.
287. I lost 4 lbs with them in one week.
Next week I will post on Friday and do my measurements then. We do measurements every other week on that challenge so it will be time for me to do them.

I have some advice: what is your daily calorie alottment? let's say its 1500, try breaking it up. Do 1400 one day, then 1800, then 1300, etc. Average out the week to 1500cals a day, but purposely eat a different amount each day. It may trick your body into weight loss. Something else you could try is taking a couple days off. Don't go nuts or anything, but don't count. Or go out for a nice dinner and don't look at the calorie count. The extra calories may jump start your weight-loss. good luck, you mostly just have to hang in there, it'll happen0 -

option two: find a new recipe( nothing you've tried before) that's healthy and try it out.
Suggestions: try looking at cookbooks in the library.0 -
