    hi every1,

    im in, i could do with some motivation, havent lost anything in about 3 weeks, still the same, am eating 1300-1400 calories with a 30 mins slow walk 5 days a week! so frustrating! :blushing:

    start weight - 218
    1st goal weight - 154 (might change when i get there)(if i get there :explode: )
    current weight - 192

    no salt for me at all, its completely banned from the table, but i buy the lower sodium one if my hubby tries to sneak it in!! lol :laugh:

    total lost with TAROM:2.5
    ultimate MFP goal:125

    inches week 0:
    hips:42 1/2
    waist:38 1/2
    bust:38 1/2

    inches this week:
    hips:41 1/2
    waist:35 1/2 ( i don't think i measured right last week)
    bust: 37 1/2

    I basically lost an inch all over. I don't think I meaasured correctly though

    BONUS CHALLENGE:
    option one: No elevators or escalators this week. Take the stairs when ever posible

    option two: paint you toenails. It makes you feel pretty. Mine are purple:laugh:

    Awww my ribbon pic didn't show up:brokenheart: I'll see if I can post it agin....I was going to put a picture of a different ribbon every week so you guys would know when the week started. Well, you all know we post on Friday but I still had a picture of a cute green ribbon. I'll see if I can post it again.

    Ok here goes. I have not budged since last week soooooooo.

    Starting weight 168.5
    Weight now 151.5
    arm 12.0 on 09/05/08
    chest under 32 09/07/08
    high waist 31.0 on 09/07/08
    mid waist 33.0 on 09/07/08
    hips 37.5 on 09/07/08
    thigh 21.0 on 09/07/08
    above knee 15.5 on 09/07/08 (this is an ISSUE with me! hah)

    I took the stairs all week. Even when my friend was on the escalator right next to me!
    I danced at least once every day for 10 minutes.
    I changed my work out to include walking at the park
    I increased my work out to 6 days 40-50 minutes.

    This is my weight from Biggest Loser on Tuesday morning of last week.

    287. I lost 4 lbs with them in one week.

    Next week I will post on Friday and do my measurements then. We do measurements every other week on that challenge so it will be time for me to do them.
