    How were everybody's results?

    ultimate MFP goal:125
    mini self goal: 151 by the end of the month ( like that's ganna happen)

    inches now:
    hips:40 3/4

    bust: 38
    thigh:24 1/2

    So my wiegh went up and down this week. But it kinda makes me feel better that I lost some inches:flowerforyou:

    arm 12.0 (I have been lifting weights so i dont expect a change in numbers )

    thigh 21.0 (no change:sad: )
    above knee 15.5 (this is an ISSUE with me! hah)

    New goal: addl strength training. squats, lunges, MORE pushups. now at 3x5...goal to complete 10 in a row.

    Getting my new computer sometime this weekend...I've been without MFP for two weeks now, so I haven't been doing too good. I'll be back on track soon. :glasses:

    My weight this morning was 137.2...up three pounds or so since last time. :laugh:

    am back to drinkin my 2 litres of H2O, its hard when im not sitting at my desk all day anymore! :drinker:

    and am back to using my elliptical for 20-30 mins every day (will up it when i get fitter) so the scales is going down again after a very slow loss/maintaining summer! :blushing:

    Good Morning TAROM friends.

    I am 148.5 this morning. It is ok though as I now know my body takes 10 days to process that pound of fat. So I will be back on Sun/Mon to post, and hopefully I am down a pound!!

    You guys are doing great, keep up the good work!

    It must be turkey day in canada or sumpin!! haha

    I did not lose anything this week.

    But I did:
    Drank my water.
    Do Push ups each day
    Do Squats every other day
    Cardio 2 days, once my foot healed.
    Ate very well this week....except went UNDER each day. Which we all know is not good.
    I think I did this because I was afraid with no exercise all week.

    I feel great. Energetic, strong, healthy. SOoooo if I lose in the next few days, as has been my experience thus far, I will post my new stats.

    Lost all the weight I gained from last month and now I'm down to 133! :drinker:

    Buuuuuuuuuut......

    It's thanksgiving and my birthday weekend so I'm gonna be bad yay! :tongue:

    I got on the scale again today (i know, bad, bad me for weighing twice in one week!) and I found that I actually did lose a pound! I must have been bloated yesterday or something? lol.
