Good Morning TAROM friends.
I am 148.5 this morning. It is ok though as I now know my body takes 10 days to process that pound of fat. So I will be back on Sun/Mon to post, and hopefully I am down a pound!!

I've tried to be good this week so I can have the pie.( keyword is TRIED)

I did not lose anything this week.
But I did:
Drank my water.
Do Push ups each day
Do Squats every other day
Cardio 2 days, once my foot healed.
Ate very well this week....except went UNDER each day. Which we all know is not good.
I think I did this because I was afraid with no exercise all week.
I feel great. Energetic, strong, healthy. SOoooo if I lose in the next few days, as has been my experience thus far, I will post my new stats.0 -
Lost all the weight I gained from last month and now I'm down to 133! :drinker:

It's thanksgiving and my birthday weekend so I'm gonna be bad yay!0 -
I got on the scale again today (i know, bad, bad me for weighing twice in one week!) and I found that I actually did lose a pound! I must have been bloated yesterday or something? lol.
