Ok so I had no change this week. But I am very sick with an awful cold and I feel SO bloated. Probably because all I have been eating is high sodium canned soups and saltines :indifferent: plus I've been drinking twice as much as usual. I am sure I'll drop a pound or 2 as soon as my cold is gone but until then... no change :sick:0 -

I am still in holding pattern as far as weight loss. Added some exercise to my routine, and making sure water intake is good. I am happy because I have lost addl inches on waist and hips and DH said I am looking 'thin' SO What else can a girl ask for!
