Hi! I'd like to join the challenge too, even though I'm a little late. I could use the motivation. Here are my stats:
Starting MFP weight: 220
Current weight: 199
End of year goal weight: 175

I have some advice: what is your daily calorie alottment? let's say its 1500, try breaking it up. Do 1400 one day, then 1800, then 1300, etc. Average out the week to 1500cals a day, but purposely eat a different amount each day. It may trick your body into weight loss. Something else you could try is taking a couple days off. Don't go nuts or anything, but don't count. Or go out for a nice dinner and don't look at the calorie count. The extra calories may jump start your weight-loss. good luck, you mostly just have to hang in there, it'll happen0 -

w2:153.1 ( I gained about two pounds over the weekend and I lost it again)
total lost with TAROM:2.3 ( hope next week sees more)
ultimate MFP goal:125
mini self goal: 151 by the end of the month

waist:35 1/2 ( i don't think i measured right last week)
bust: 37 1/2

basically I lost half an inch and gained half were it counts:bigsmile:
this weeks bonus challenge:
option one: try lifting wieghts, jogging on the spot , or doing stretches during commercials on TV.
option two: find a new recipe( nothing you've tried before) that's healthy and try it out.
Suggestions: try looking at cookbooks in the library.0 -
