  • Hey I see that we have a similar goal in losing weight! I just want to ask how you have lost the amount you have so far! I weigh roughly 164 and want to lose down to about 140 at least (More if I could but 24 pounds seems like a good goal to me) ... I think I may have lost 2 pounds so far... Any advice would be great

    GUESS WHAT GUYS!!?? My scale moved! yay! You know hwat I think it was? I was drinking a diet pop every day or 2, and I didn't this week... I really think it had an effect! I'm gonna stay off the stuff for another week and see how it goes :bigsmile:

    what I did was I almost cut out all beverages except water and tea( I very rarely have a soda/ pop)

    I upped my veggie intake and I take long walks around my neighbourhood.

    I guess it also helps that I'm forced to take the bus to just about everywhere I wanna go. :laugh:

    It was my Mom and Dad's wedding aniversary :heart: so we went out for Chinese:brokenheart: ..... I'm sad cause I wieghed myself that morning and I was 145 something.....stupid sodium:grumble: I'm happy for my parents though:flowerforyou:

    thanks so much for your comments, its not a race, although i sometimes feel like that when things are not going well :blushing: but its great when i lose a pound, one more pound gone forever!

    i KNOW this time, i wont put it back on, im doing this right this time, its a healthy lifestyle, not a diet :flowerforyou:

    Thanks. i just wanted to go back to sleep this morning. I have a busy day ahead of me though. I have TWO!!!! tests andf an assignment due today. Then I have to go to work. The only reason I'm awake right now is because of my orange flavoured friend, Cough syrup:heart: I love yuuuu:heart:

    I do inches, but only once a month or so. I am continually getting smaller, patience is my friend :flowerforyou: slow and steady!
