Bonus Challenge:
remember the dance like nobody's watching? Let's do it again except holding a wieght. My dogs love it when I dance with them, They weigh 20 pounds each so I get a bit of a better workout too.
Grab your dog, toddler, etc. and dance dance dance!! it's fun0 -
Funny, I did pick up the weights while dancing this week. I am shooting for 3 days of dancing. It de-stressed me in a major way.
I am going to post my stats every 10 days, that seems to be when that pound shows up.
I am 146.5 today. Measurements all the same ( for now )
And DBran...dont forget the fatty pockets on your back have something to do with chest measurements...they are likely gone!!0 -

honestly? no idea. I definitely overindulged on Thanksgiving weekend and I was majorly PMSing all week and today so how I dropped 2 pounds is so completely beyond me... but hey, I'll take it!:drinker:

Ok so I had no change this week. But I am very sick with an awful cold and I feel SO bloated. Probably because all I have been eating is high sodium canned soups and saltines :indifferent: plus I've been drinking twice as much as usual. I am sure I'll drop a pound or 2 as soon as my cold is gone but until then... no change :sick:0 -
