    So, what do we need to do? We just come on and give Rach our weights on Mondays? I'm excited to know that we are all doing this together!

    How do we see our totals? Just come in here and go to the first post every time? Is that right?

    Yes, message me or post your weight every Monday. Monday evening when I have most of the weights, I'll will post a new thread for the next week with our last weeks results. :flowerforyou:

    I started a lil slow, I hit a plateau late April then was sick, so in May I decided to change things up and reduce my carbs further and it seems to be working so far....I also started the 30 Shred last week...so hopefully I can do better the next round...

    My starting weight is 175lbs

    My goal this round is to lose at least 10 pounds in the next 10 weeks...I need to get into the 160s.
    Keep pushing with my exercise, I tend to start and stop too often
    Keep eating healthy, lay off the cheese :blushing:

    Amazing work during the last round ladies! I'm looking forward to the next 10 weeks. I'm super excited to see all of the fantastic progress that everyone makes.

    What worked for you the last 10 weeks
    Consistently logging everything that passed my lips, switching up my food to lower my carb intake and making sure I logged in every single day for support.

    What are you goals this round?
    Continue logging every day, upping my exercise to at least 45 minutes/5 days a week and hopefully dropping at least 15 more pounds.
    What are you going to do the same or change this time?
    See above. :D
    Last round I slacked on my exercise so that's the one thing I'm really going to work on incorporating into my daily routine.

    What's worked for me the in the last 10 weeks - haven't realy noticed anything, but I keep cheating and jumping off the wagon and then beating myself up!!

    Goals for the next 10 weeks:

    Get to the gym and exercise at least 6 hours per week.

    Changes for this time:

    Not going to blow it every weekend!

    10 weeks - I can do this!
  • This is gonna be my very first time in Pin-ups. I am hoping that I can stick with it.

    What are you goals this round?
    To lose about 10 to 15 pounds and several inches.
    To watch what I eat. NO SWEETS.
    To log in everyday.
    To exercise everyday. Either the wii or walking on the dogs.


    I am just starting to come back after a broken foot. I hope I don't fall off.

    I used to be so addicted to cheese!! I never thought I'd get over it. then i started buying those little laughing cows, then I went to the little cheese wedges that's spreadable swiss. and now i only eat it if it's in a meal. i used to just eat it by its self!

    Hi PIN-UPs!

    I hope I'm not too late to join. I've seen this thread before and wanted to join so I could be a PIN-UP girl. :tongue: I think the chart and accountability will be awesome motivators for me.

    My goals for the next 10 weeks are:
    - to lose between 13-17 lbs
    - to continue revising my diet (according to my restrictions)
    - to finish Round 2 of the 30DS and start either Ripped in 30 or CardioMax
    - to drink more water, take my supplements, and log my food everyday

    Oh yes, sw 198.6 lbs as of Friday. Good luck ladies!!

    I hope I'm not too late to join either! (*fingers crossed*)

    Goals:

    -To lose 10-15 Pounds
    -Only allow myself 1 small treat per day! (staying within 100 calorie range)
    -Finish the C25K Program plus additional Weight Training
    -To log my food faithfully every day!

    my current weight is 170.4

    My goals for the next 10 weeks are:
    - to lose between 10-15 lbs
    - to start getting back to exercise like I was before (getting over a hip injury)
    - do better on the weekends
    - drink less diet soda

    Interesting fact:

    Our group...all 122 girls as of this moment... weigh a total of 23,154lbs!!!!!

    If we lose 4.7% of our weight, like the group did last round...we'll lose. 1088lbs!!!!

    oops me late weigh in still 174 but i am going to keep up with p90x drink all of my water and make sure that i dont skip meals and i am sure that I am gona drop that fat in no time.

    I'd like to join. Right now I'm 121. My goal weight is 115. Almost there!

    My goals for the next ten weeks:

    hit my goal and ease into maintenence
    post a before and after photo :)
    continue logging in and keeping up my food diary
    do some weight exercises

    Well, I wasn't a member of this group, but I can tell you that I was really good at consistently going to the gym.

    - What are your goals this round?
    I would like to reach my ultimate goal of 135lbs in the next 10 weeks (that's a little more than 15 lbs in 10 weeks). I would like to up the intensity of my workouts by switching from zumba to more step aerobics. As much as I love zumba, I think I've reached a fitness plateau with it.

    - What are you going to do the same or change this time?
    This time, I'm going to try to eat healthy more consistently. I was decreasing all my carbs (including fruit) to try to lose weight but it had the opposite effect. After a few days of really low carb, I would have a day or two of cheating, then a couple good days, then a couple cheating days, etc. This time, I'd rather focus on eating vegetables at every meal/snack and fruit twice a day...everyday.

    What worked for you the last 10 weeks? I'm new, both to MFP and this group.. But I think taking food in moderation worked best, coupled with regular walks with my dog

    What are you goals this round? I'd like to lose at least 12kgs(26lbs), maybe start off with half of that in the next ten weeks, and be more toned overall.

    What are you going to do the same or change this time? As a new pin-up, I'll try to log in all my meals (and snacks!) and keep under my calories. Also. water water water!!!

    Is it too late for me to join?
    My current weight is 147lbs.
    My goals for the next 10 weeks are:
    -lose 10+ lbs
    -up my cardio workouts
    -walk to work (1 hour) at least once a week (weather permitting!)
  • My goals is to lose 10 pounds in the next 10 weeks and to take more walks with my kids!! And to cut back on my water...I was drinking 128oz a day and was told by my nutritionist that that is WAY to much for me and that I need to cut down to 80oz a day :ohwell: So I'll have to work on that as well...water is all i drink so I didnt think I was doing too bad...but I guess I was..
