    So, what do we need to do? We just come on and give Rach our weights on Mondays? I'm excited to know that we are all doing this together!

    How do we see our totals? Just come in here and go to the first post every time? Is that right?

    Yes, message me or post your weight every Monday. Monday evening when I have most of the weights, I'll will post a new thread for the next week with our last weeks results. :flowerforyou:

    I started a lil slow, I hit a plateau late April then was sick, so in May I decided to change things up and reduce my carbs further and it seems to be working so far....I also started the 30 Shred last week...so hopefully I can do better the next round...

    My starting weight is 175lbs

    My goal this round is to lose at least 10 pounds in the next 10 weeks...I need to get into the 160s.
    Keep pushing with my exercise, I tend to start and stop too often
    Keep eating healthy, lay off the cheese :blushing:

    Amazing work during the last round ladies! I'm looking forward to the next 10 weeks. I'm super excited to see all of the fantastic progress that everyone makes.

    What worked for you the last 10 weeks
    Consistently logging everything that passed my lips, switching up my food to lower my carb intake and making sure I logged in every single day for support.

    What are you goals this round?
    Continue logging every day, upping my exercise to at least 45 minutes/5 days a week and hopefully dropping at least 15 more pounds.
    What are you going to do the same or change this time?
    See above. :D
    Last round I slacked on my exercise so that's the one thing I'm really going to work on incorporating into my daily routine.


    Here's to another successful and inspirational round!

    What's worked for me the in the last 10 weeks - haven't realy noticed anything, but I keep cheating and jumping off the wagon and then beating myself up!!

    Goals for the next 10 weeks:

    Get to the gym and exercise at least 6 hours per week.

    Changes for this time:

    Not going to blow it every weekend!

    10 weeks - I can do this!

    This is gonna be my very first time in Pin-ups. I am hoping that I can stick with it.

    What are you goals this round?
    To lose about 10 to 15 pounds and several inches.
    To watch what I eat. NO SWEETS.
    To log in everyday.
    To exercise everyday. Either the wii or walking on the dogs.


    I am just starting to come back after a broken foot. I hope I don't fall off.

    I used to be so addicted to cheese!! I never thought I'd get over it. then i started buying those little laughing cows, then I went to the little cheese wedges that's spreadable swiss. and now i only eat it if it's in a meal. i used to just eat it by its self!

    Hi PIN-UPs!

    I hope I'm not too late to join. I've seen this thread before and wanted to join so I could be a PIN-UP girl. :tongue: I think the chart and accountability will be awesome motivators for me.

    My goals for the next 10 weeks are:
    - to lose between 13-17 lbs
    - to continue revising my diet (according to my restrictions)
    - to finish Round 2 of the 30DS and start either Ripped in 30 or CardioMax
    - to drink more water, take my supplements, and log my food everyday

    Oh yes, sw 198.6 lbs as of Friday. Good luck ladies!!

    I hope I'm not too late to join either! (*fingers crossed*)

    Goals:

    -To lose 10-15 Pounds
    -Only allow myself 1 small treat per day! (staying within 100 calorie range)
    -Finish the C25K Program plus additional Weight Training
    -To log my food faithfully every day!

    my current weight is 170.4

    My goals for the next 10 weeks are:
    - to lose between 10-15 lbs
    - to start getting back to exercise like I was before (getting over a hip injury)
    - do better on the weekends
    - drink less diet soda

    Interesting fact:

    Our group...all 122 girls as of this moment... weigh a total of 23,154lbs!!!!!

    If we lose 4.7% of our weight, like the group did last round...we'll lose. 1088lbs!!!!
